A Personal Journey
The bakery's owner, Adrienne, has been living with celiac for over 20 years. Throughout that time, she longed for the homemade bread her mom used to make. Recreating that bread has been her goal from the start, to give everyone who is gluten free the chance to experience that same joy in a slice of bread.
