Our Special Flour Blend

While The Sugar Shoppe is not gluten free certified, we take gluten awareness seriously. Adrienne, our owner, has lived with celiac for over 20 years, and her experience informs how we handle ingredients, plan our recipes and guide our baking team. Our goal is to make sure anyone avoiding gluten can enjoy treats that are as close as possible to homemade perfection. We also have dairy free option available (ask us about our vegan icing!)
