We will go over the four main consistencies, talk about dying and flavouring icing and all of the tips and tricks to get perfect royal icing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe second half of the class will be focused on decorating 6 cookies. We will use what we learned in the first half of the class as we practice different techniques to create a beautiful set of Valentines Day Cookies!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e This class will be held at Bootsma Bakery in Lethbridge on Monday January 29th from 11-2pm\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e**Classes are not refundable due to the nature of the product being offered.
