This class includes:
10 cookies, 7 personal piping bags of icing, 1 scribe, cookie and icing recipes, and a bakery box to take your beautiful new cookies home in!
We will go through each cookie step by step with detailed instructions that teach a variety of techniques. The techniques we will cover include: piping and flooding, layering using drying time, wet on wet, and writing.
Please ensure that you are free of Covid symptoms when you attend this class. Please be sure to email email@example.com should you need to cancel due to the onset of symptoms. If you wish to wear a mask, please feel free to do so. Due to this being a Cohort Cookie Class, the seating will not be set up to accommodate physical distancing.
