Our Gluten Free Baking Flour is the same blend we use every day at The Sugar Shoppe Bakery + Cafe for our muffins, cookies, breads and more. Carefully blended using sorghum flour, gluten free oat flour, xanthan gum and potato starch, this flour was created to give gluten free baking the texture and consistency it deserves.
