Icing Class 101 - Saturday, December 16th 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Royal Icing can be finicky, the perfect icing is what makes or breaks a cookie, it either self levels effortlessly or it lays poorly. The consistency is absolutely key to getting a well decorated cookie and achieving this consistency comes with practice, and a whole lot of trial and error. 

In this class you will benefit from all of the trial and error that Adrienne from The Sugar Shoppe has encountered along the way to find the perfect icing. Come and spend an evening growing your knowledge as we make icing, mix to four different consistencies, answer each and every icing question there is AND finish off with a simple decoration on three cookies. 

You will take home your decorated cookies, the icing you mixed, as well as three extra cookies to practice on once home. On top of all the knowledge you gained during the classtime!

This class will be held at The Sugar Shoppe in Foothills AB, an address will be emailed out to you upon registering for the class.
