Bootsma Bakery - Valentine's Day Icing + Cookie Class

This Class will be split into two sections.

The first half will be an Icing Class where we will be making Royal Icing and learning all about getting the right consistency depending on the cookie set. We will go over the four main consistencies, talk about dying and flavouring icing and all of the tips and tricks to get perfect royal icing.

The second half of the class will be focused on decorating 6 cookies. We will use what we learned in the first half of the class as we practice different techniques to create a beautiful set of Valentines Day Cookies!

 This class will be held at Bootsma Bakery in Lethbridge on Monday January 29th from 11-2pm

**Classes are not refundable due to the nature of the product being offered. Registration tickets can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
